What a great addition to my living room! This rug is very durable and still soft enough to lay on and do my work outs. It really brings my living room together and hides all the old stains on the carpet underneath. Perfect for high traffic areas and easy to clean. I haven't had any large spills on it yet (knock on wood) but for the couple small ones from my preschooler, they all came up real quick and easy.

What a great addition to my living room! This rug is very durable and still soft enough to lay on and do my work outs. It really brings my living room together and hides all the old stains on the carpet underneath. Perfect for high traffic areas and easy to clean. I haven't had any large spills on it yet (knock on wood) but for the couple small ones from my preschooler, they all came up real quick and easy.

This is a first time that I ordered a rug online, I usually like to see what Im purchasing in person. I thought the pattern on this was very nice and the price was right. This rug was to be used in a spare room that I call my "cats room". Yes, my 2 cats have their own play room. With beige walls the colors in this carpet made the room come to life, not that it didnt have a life it was just bland. But anywho.. I love this rug so much I admire it every time I enter the room, was even thinking of purchasing the bigger one for another room. It has a very cozy country feel.

For the price, this is a no-brainer. We just bought some new area rugs, and found them slip-sliding all over the hardwood floors whenever the dog would get the idea to pounce at a ball/stuffed animal/owner. After looking at a few options at the store for $50 or more, I figured to give this item a shot - and it works great! It took two people to get it set down right where we wanted it, and two people to put the rug gently on top, but now that it's there, it's not moving anywhere, no matter what the silly dog does.

Overall, a great value, and performs just as well as the $50+ versions at the store. If you want your rug to stay put, buy it.

Rescue for old wood floors: you can't beat the level of floor-coverage for this price. Appears far more expensive than it is, and weighs twice as much as other Home Dynamix rugs of the same size (the $109.99 8 x 11 rugs weigh half as much, and won't lay flat). For only $45 more, you get this great-quality rug here. Keep in mind, the borders are really black, and the carpet is darker than it appears in the photo. If you're seeking a cozy, richly colored Victorian or Craftsman look, this will add to your environment. It's actually slightly larger than advertised. We've had real-wool rugs, and got tired of vacuuming up their fuzzy mess. This man-made material is better for allergy/dust/asthma sufferers. Be sure to order a good rug pad as well Ultra Stop Non-Slip Indoor Rug Pad, Size: 8' x 10' Rug Pad, not just for obvious reasons, but to add plushness underfoot. This rug is a nice change from squeaky, creaky cold wooden floorboards. With rugs like this, one need never go rugless again.

I am a big fan of brown but I didn't know how the other colors would look on this rug when I bought it. I rolled it out last night and I must say it was probably one of the best purchases I have made thus far from Amazon. The feel of it is great its nice and soft and it looks amazing. It is darker than the picture like everyone else had said previously but do not let that hinder your decision to buy this rug it really is a great buy. I would say you definitely get more for what you pay for for this one. Mine didnt come with any snags or anything wrong with it, I did buy the rug gripper in conjunction to make sure it didn't slide though.

I have the runners, March 7, 2012

I bought 3 of these in the runner size. I have some fairly long runs of hallway with laminant flooring. My son's schnauzer won't go down them because he slips with his fuzzy feet. These did the trick. Two of them were loosely rolled and lay flat. One was tightly rolled and the part that was closest to the center of the roll is wavey, even 3 months later. Don't know how to request to receive the loosely rolled ones.

I like the pattern of this runner. With pets, solid colors tend to show more spots. I have bought a larger one for my living room, but I have not put it down, yet. Too many toilet training grandchildren and problem grand dogs right now. I will let them spot the old rug a little longer! I do look forward to putting the new one down.
